When I click process it goes back to the same thing with check marks on everything?

A pop-up blocker(s) is blocking the key pad for pin code entry. Check the icons located on the toolbar (i.e. google, yahoo, etc) by place the mouse on them until you find the pop-up blocker. How do I print the dictations before or after I sign them?

You can print the list of deficiencies before you process/process all so that you have the patient(s) information to print the dictations after you sign them. You will then go to the LOCATOR tab to search for the patient (instructions are on the QUICK REFERENCE CARD).

Transcription tab has nothing listed.

You can to the Medical Records tab. If, the encounter you are trying to access is not listed you can choose another encounter from the encounter (on the right side) by clicking the drop down arrow.
NOTE: The transcription tab will always be the original dictation and only available on that tab for 60 days from date it was typed or modified (NOT BY PHYSICIAN).
