The honor puts Baptist and Vanguard among the ranks of some of the world’s top organizations like Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, Campbell Soup and Starbucks, to name just a few. The award is given to only 25 companies out of Gallup’s client base of 500. This means that we met Gallup’s stringent requirements of employee engagement performance, corporate commitment to creating a rewarding workplace, and system best practices.
