Citrix Access via Internet or App

• Instructions for iPad and iPhone

  Go to "App Store" on your device (you will need your iTunes password)
  
  Then search for "Citrix Receiver"
  Select Install/Free
  
  Select the Citrix Receiver after it loads on your device
  On the "Welcome To Citrix Receiver" screen
  Click "Get Started" under "Set up my enterprise app store"
  You will be prompted to enter an address, type https://foris.baptisthealthsystem.com
  Then select "Next" at the top right
  
  The next screen is the "Store Verified", you will need to fill in the following:
  Domain:  type satx.vhs.net
  Username:  type your citrix username
  Then select "Save" at the top right

• Instructions for PC/Laptop/Computer’s (i.e. Dell, HP, etc)

  If you use a PC/Laptop/Computer’s (i.e. Dell, HP, etc)

  • Go to the Internet Explorer and on the address (not search) remove what is there and type https://foris.baptisthealthsystem.com

  Enter your Citrix “User name” and “Password” the “Domain” field should already be complete with satx.vhs.net.  Then, click the “Log On”
  
  

  
  

  
  
  This screen will appear after you login.  Check the box and then click the Download

  If you use a Mac

  • First download the citrix plugin from http://www.citrix.com/English/ss/downloads/results.asp?productID=186
  • Go to the Safari and from the address remove what is there and type https://foris.baptisthealthsystem.com

  Enter your Citrix “User name” and “Password” the “Domain” field should already be complete with satx.vhs.net. Then, click the “Log On”
  
  

  
  

  
  
  This screen will appear after you login. Check the box and then click the Download
  
  

  
  

  
  
  Once it is finished downloading, go to Downloads (or open Finder and search for Citrix file). Open the Citrix online plug-in (web).dmg file.
  
  Click install.
  
  Then select the Horizon Physician Portal and login
