Welcome to the Stargate Training

Stargate (physician portal) is a web-based system that allows physicians  access to their patient information from their office and our hospital facilities (via the physician computers).

How do I or my office staff get access to Stargate? 
It's easy, just complete the required request forms, below and fax to Portal Support at (210) 297-0151.  Then, view the videos on this page (see step 2).  Once you have viewed the videos please call or email Connie at (210) 297-9721; email creed@baptisthealthsystem.com or Amber at (210)297-9722; email almarksb@baptisthealthsystem.com for your username and password.

Doctors: Look for this symbol for quick access to your administrative tools through Stargate.

Note:  Physician Office Staff must also fax a picture ID (ie. driver’s license).
