Medtronic O-Arm and Stealth Navigation Equipment
St. Luke’s Baptist Hospital is one of only a few hospitals worldwide that offer O-Arm® Multidimensional Surgical Imaging System technology. This revolutionary scanning system uses GPS-like technology that provides a real time, three dimensional picture before, during and after surgery of the anatomy.
With the O-Arm, patients are exposed to less radiation, experience a more minimally-invasive procedure, and spend less time in surgery.
In addition to the O-Arm, the Stealth Navigation System allows for precise navigation through the anatomy. It enables surgeons to perform difficult brain surgeries with more safety and precision. The Stealth Station acts as the information center in the operating room.
