We Care about Healthcare Quality

Our Commitment to Quality

Here at Baptist, we’re committed to providing the most attentive staff and highest quality of compassionate care.

Patients and families who seek care and healing in our facilities deserve a safe, top-quality experience. That's why everything we do at Baptist Health System is focused on advancing patient care and satisfaction. Our caregivers are Baptist Health System, so we provide the resources, training and standards of care necessary to ensure that every interaction between staff and patient is a positive one.

“Baptist has taken great care to hand select the best staffing, the best doctors, the best nurses, and the best techs,” says Dr. Stephen Reich, cardiac electrophysiologist. “Everyone really has the patients in mind when it comes to making sure they’re cared for and comfortable and have a good experience at the hospital.”

With our patient-focused care, quality is our first priority. We are constantly working to improve the patient experience. Our caregivers ensure that patients and their families experience safe, reliable and compassionate care. We also strive to create an environment that distinguishes our hospitals as preferred places to work, to practice medicine and to receive compassionate care.

The Joint Commission (TJC)

As part of Baptist Health System’s commitment to quality health care, our facilities are regularly surveyed and inspected by The Joint Commission (TJC).

The Joint Commission accreditation involves evaluating a healthcare organization's performance in areas that most affect patient health and safety. These areas are defined in Joint Commission standards. By achieving accreditation, a health care organization makes a commitment to follow The Joint Commission standards, which provide the framework for safe, quality care.

Baptist Health System is accredited by TJC. If you have questions or concerns about our healthcare facility you may contact TJC directly.
