Phillip Young was named CEO of Northeast Baptist Hospital in early 2018. Young has a wide range of experience and successes leading hospitals across the country, most recently at The Hospitals of Providence, East Campus in El Paso, Texas.
Under Young’s leadership, East Campus hospital achieved numerous quality objectives, patient safety rankings, accreditations and certifications. Young led the growth of numerous hospital services of benefit to the community including, outpatient physical and occupational therapy, wound care, infusion services and maternal/fetal medicine.
