I only waited a few minutes after completing registration before I was taken back by a medical assistant who went over some questions she had. Then the radiology techs came for me very soon after that. Within minutes of completing the X-rays Dr. Chance stepped into the room. Entire process was very quick.

It was amazing. I checked in. I had already done the paperwork on line. I needed a couple more sheets. I sat down and the immediately they called me in for X-rays. As soon as my X-rays were complete my room was ready. I had barely sat down when they came in. Reviewed the x rays with me and gave me an In and recommended physical therapy. The dr said they would call me for the physical therapy. I got a call from physical therapy the next day and was seen the following day. The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful too. It was a great experience.

The doctor heard my concerns went over my x-rays giving me reasons why I have such pain in my back and arm. Explained next steps. Dr. Chance, the PA, the nurse, the medical assistant all very awesome! 2 minor issues: the receptionist sucked- she tried to get a rid of me because I didn't have discs of my X-RAY S AND MRI's as I clearly explained the office of TSAOG that holds those documents does not release anything with out 1st filling out their request form / their policy and it was hotter than hell in there- be careful with that's there are patients that are highly susceptible to heat stroke, overall staff very great and great team dynamics!

I was met at the door for the initial check in and my temperature was checked. Once at the counter I was greeted right away and waited just a minute or so until I was checked in. I was treated cheerfully and professionally by everyone I encountered. Everyone was wearing PPE.

As a suggestion, it would be very helpful to be provided with something to take home, an overview of my visit. It could reflect treatments suggested by the care provider, follow up treatments or appointments recommended. We don't all remember the names of equipment or treatment names by the time we get home and our loved ones ask, "so what did the doctor say?", and we can only remember some of what was said.

All of the people I came into contact with in the clinic were very professional and friendly, especially the Physician's Assistant. However, it would a very be nice personal touch if the surgeon would occasionally take a minute or two to talk with me. He is a great surgeon, and trusts his very excellent staff, but I only remember meeting him in person at an exam before my knee operation, the day of my operation itself, and the day after my operation.
