Let me say this in all honesty and sincerity: your rating scale from 1-5 does not go high enough for the care that I received from Doctor Kessler. Words that I would use to describe his knowledge, expertise, empathy, compassion or "bedside manner" and professionalism would be: exceptional, outstanding, unmatched, excellent, remarkable, incomparable, et cetera. Doctor Kessler not only was able to completely answer all questions regarding my injury, he dispelled my worry, fear and anxiety associated with said injury by his care, concern and compassion for me. He put my mind at ease by his honest and direct approach and "this is what I would do if it were me" example. He spoke to me snd addressed all of my concerns in the same manner as I do with my customers: professional and compassionate, yet honest and direct; no guessing, false hope or unattainable expectations.

I had used NE Ortho for a previous arm break several years ago and was happy with my treatment then, so I contacted them for this arm break (other arm) too.
