Very helpful and friendly the receptionist desk. The nurse was friendly and attentive. Dr Rivas he's very easy going and explain everything accurately so that I would know what needed to be done. I was very satisfied with the whole process.

Staffing in the waiting room are amazing , very , very nice. NameIt didn't have to wait too long to see.The doctor and the x-rays didn't have to wait for those either.Those were done immediately. They run very smoothly and it is a nice office to go into very clean and very comfortable.In the seating is very nice because I am a larger woman.And the seats are very comfortable

I couldn't have asked for a better visit with the physician assistant. He was thorough with reviewing my X-rays , discussing pain level and gave me all available options. It was my decision whether or not to have surgery at this early point with my arthritic hip but in the meantime he suggested physical therapy to strengthen my muscles and give me better range of motion. He sent in the referral immediately and I was contacted the next day.

I know other ladies who have come to two of the physicians at this practice with excellent results. I was able to get an appointment with Mr. Rivas and he is so very knowledgeable and dedicated to his work. We, my husband and I, were both very impressed with Mr. Rivas' explanations and level of information. He has 14 years of experience with this physician and assists him in the OR. It made it better in explaining things to me about the state of my knees after we were going over the xrays.

This was my first visit and it was mainly xrays and talking. The PA Rivas did give me a steroid shot in my right knee.

I have been seeing Dr. Phelps/PA Rivas for several years. I never had any problems w/staff, however, I have noticed a much happier atmosphere while waiting to see the doctor or PA Rivas. By the way, I absolutely love PA Rivas. He is incredibly knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. Easy to talk to.
