NP Kirk Crow has over 30 years of medical experience in both adult acute care and adult/geriatric cardiovascular care settings. For the past 15 years, he has lived and worked in the San Antonio and New Braunfels area. Throughout his career, NP Crow has sought to provide exceptional, patient-centered care with a focus on empathy and respect. He strives to help patients achieve the highest level of health possible through lifestyle changes and appropriate medical intervention when needed. His expertise allows him to treat adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. I try to always arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled appointment. The appointment was set for 11:40, I was already done by the time the appointment was for. Staff is extremely helpful and interactive.

First, I have actually been a patient of Dr. Loya since he came to the Singing Hills location, which was long before the arrival of NP Crow. I have now seen NP Crow on two occasions when Dr. Loya was out unexpectedly. I'd like to go on record and say that if I wasn't already established with Dr. Loya and pleased with the care I receive from him, I would have no issues having NP Crow as my primary caregiver. He is friendly and professional, and he has a calm and reassuring style that makes me feel completely at ease when talking with him. He is careful and deliberate when discussing lab results, when addressing questions and concerns I have, and when providing me with his overall assessment of my health. At my last appointment, I appreciated him listening to some concerns I had in relation to the recent passing of one of my siblings and how my sibling's cause of death may relate to my own health. NP Crow showed extreme patience and compassion while listening to my concerns and he helped me to better put my sibling's death and health issues in perspective relative to my health situation.

The staff and doctor were so kind and attentive. I was extremely nauseous and sick when I came into the office and they took care of me right away and wheeled me back. The doctor asked a lot of questions and seemed to genuinely care about my condition. I was feeling better when I left but the nurse walk me out of the room and to the elevator anyways.

This appointment was to establish primary care. Kirk Crow was very thorough and took his time understanding my medical history. He had great bedside manner. I previously had a female primary care doctor and was a little nervous of establishing with a male doctor. However, I was pleasantly surprised that Mr. Crow made me feel very comfortable and eased my nerves. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to this clinic for their primary care needs.

Brian Crow was wonderful. He was present (not typing on a keyboard or looking at a notepad), he made eye contact and actually listened. He was very kind. I really appreciated the fact that he included me in the care of my body. He offered suggestions and advice, but at the end of the day, it was my decision in how we proceeded. That was very refreshing. He is someone who I definitely feel safe and comfortable working with in the future.
