I am experiencing some mental issues, (cptsd), over explaining, etc and both nurse and PA were extremely patient and listened without judgement. I may have upset and or disturbed the nurse but she did her job beautifully! I can assure you, they skillfully made things easy for me. Many many thanks! Ellen

For being my first appointment and not knowing medical terms, I had to ask her to repeat or better describe my test results to me. Even if this was not a first appointment, explaining in terms we can all understand and repeating if necessary is very important to your patient. She did start slowing down and explaining things so I could better understand how the results all fit together for a prognosis.

When I first saw her she is very young and skinny and usually the skinny doctors especially females ones are judgemental but I didnt feel that with her she was very understanding and nice and didnt make me feel like I just have blood pressure issues because im overweight she listened and understood and even asked other questions when I explained to her I used to not be overweight and my whole life I was skinny but long term steroid use has caused my weight gain she didnt make me feel like she wws thinking yeah right she completely understood and talked to me about it and what my pcp and gastroenterologist doctor plan to do about it to help me.

From the time you walk into the office till the time you leave everyone is very friendly patient and kind. You don't feel rushed or misunderstood. All questions are answered and everything is very easy to use and very helpful. Was explained what would be happening during testing and was explained what if anything was wrong and what the next steps would be and was scheduled on the spot. Was very comfortable and was put at ease when my anxiety went up. Didn't feel like just another patient or number and wasn't treated like one or doing pointless testing to just make money. Was given all my options and the dr and I came up with a game plan we both agreed upon. Definitely very rare now days. When you leave you feel heard and understood and walk out confident about everything.
