New to San Antonio and I needed to find a urologist. Dr. Sedlack was recommended by another health care provider and I'm so glad that they did. Dr. Sedlack reviewed imaging done at the hospital and discussed the primary reason for the appointment. He also asked if there was anything else that I wanted to discuss and listened and took notes of our conversation. He provided me with options and scheduled follow-up visit. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sedlack to anyone seeking a urologist.

I called en route, worried about being late due to construction and was reassured by receptionist she would have all paperwork ready and highlighted for convenience. She was very calm and comforting. Both ladies in reception were very professional and personable. Nurse who took me to weigh in and get ready to meet physician were friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Upon meeting Dr. Sedlack he was articulate, concise and professional, being very clear about all explanations and questions I had. It was my first ever visit to a urology office. I never waited too long and all staff were very good at keeping me completely comfortable and explained all processing. It was a very good experience and I would happily refer friends to the practice.

I am a registered nurse and I am very critical. On a scale of 1 to 10, this physician gets a 1000 in my book! They just don't make doctors like this anymore and I hope he never retires! I left another area urologist because they played games with billing, and I don't deal well with playing games. This doctor is absolutely awesome and the office was the top of the top. No game playing and VERY fair charges!!
