Jill Bomar, FNP-BC provides compassionate, patient-centered care with a focus on supporting both the physical and emotional well-being of individuals with urologic conditions. Jill’s clinical interests include kidney stone prevention and management, overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, recurrent urinary tract infections, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), pelvic floor health, and comprehensive men’s and women’s urologic health. Jill also has specialized experience in evaluating and treating erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, and other conditions that affect quality of life. Jill’s approach to care emphasizes clear communication, thoughtful listening, and empowering patients with the education and tools needed to confidently participate in their treatment decisions. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their care journey. With a holistic, evidence-based approach and strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, Jill strives to help patients achieve meaningful, long-term improvements in their urologic health. Jill Bomar, FNP-BC maintains a professional affiliation with the Texas Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.Outside of clinical practice, she enjoys scuba diving, traveling, and spending quality time with family – pursuits that inspire balance, curiosity, and continued dedication to patient care.

They took us back almost immediately. The nurse stayed to do vitals. The PA joined us before she was finished. The PA assisted on putting me back in my wheelchair.

Left hospital over weekend with bladder infection. On Monday attempted to schedule an appointment with Dr. Freiha but was totally booked up. Was offered a next day appointment with Jill Bomar at Loop 337 clinic. She is very professional, listens to my problems and asked the right questions. She then offered detailed plan and explanation for follow-up. I will totally recommend her.

Even though I had never been seen by a Nurse-practitioner, a female at that, considering the nature of my problem, I must say that she was quite thorough in determining the nature of my problem and prescribed some medication that appears to be working just fine.
