I have and will continue to recommend Dr Phelps to anyone in need of an orthapedic surgeon. Im so grateful that he was highly recommended to me. He did 2 hip replacements on me. One very simple one and one complex in that he had to remove an existing replacement from over 30 years. I thank God that he was willing to take it on. I am now pain free because of him.

It is a bit daunting to select the best fit treatment option based on a fifteen minute dialog with the doctor.
