Teresa Hall, AGACNP-BC

Teresa Hall, MSN, APRN, AGACNP-BC, GNP-BC, is a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner specializing in cardiology, hospital medicine, internal medicine, and geriatrics. With nearly two decades of advanced practice experience, Teresa provides seamless care across both outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings, focusing extensively on acute and chronic cardiac conditions. Teresa’s clinical interests include managing complex cardiovascular conditions, interpreting EKGs, and managing multifaceted internal medicine and geriatric comorbidities. She is committed to a collaborative, patient-centered approach, ensuring each patient feels heard, educated, and actively involved in their treatment plan. A member of the Society of Hospital Medicine, American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and Texas Nurse Practitioners, Teresa is recognized for clinical excellence, strong communication, and dedication to community health — including past volunteer work on medical mission trips. Outside of medicine, she enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling with her husband and blended family of seven children – including 2 sets of twins!
