The staff was very friendly as always! Had some laughs with the receptionist! John Arringdale is absolutely on top of it! Excellent doctor! Took a couple x-rays and John's there with a diagnosis. Had to get steroid shots in the joint at the first metacarpal and the trapezia bone on both hands. As always he tells me it goin to hurt! But I never feel a thing! No needle or anything. I've had this shot for arthritis in my knee and both shoulders, now both hands with no pain from any shot and within a couple of days back at like nothing ever happened! Big thumbs up to the crew at OPI ! If I ever need more help and I know I will. This is where I'll be going! So if you need something and are in pain definitely go see the crew at this office! You won't be disappointed! Thanks again to the crew and John for the GREAT SERVICE !

Also recommend Stone Oak Surgery Center for any surgical procedures Amanda (very caring) at Stone Oak Surgery Center was very helpful in completing paperwork and prep prior to surgery. Dr. Greg Kraus (Anesthesiologist) was very professional and thorough. He even followed up with two post-surgery texts to check on my wellbeing which I really appreciated. Great Teamwork across the board.

Great Experience: John J. Arringdale Rn was outstanding in providing information and coming up with an immediate plan to deal with my Rotator Cuff injury.First of all, I called on a Monday morning and clinic set me up with an appointment for Tuesday morning. Clinic performed an xray and then John Arringdale read xray during my visit.. He then performed several physical tests of my right arm and shoulder. Prognosis in his opinion was a torn rotator cuff. He set up an MRI for Wednesday which office personnel make it happen. Had MRI on Wednesday noonish and MRI was sent back to Arringdale for comprhensive reading. He then called m to inform me of the cuff tear and other issues involved. He offered to set up a surgery for that Friday but I was on my way out of town since wife was ot of town and ill and I had to go tend to her. He then set up the surgery for April 17 at the Stone Oak Surgery Center. He and staff went above and beyond their to pull all everything together and am grateful that I had the surgery on the 17th. All personnel at the Surgery Center were awesome. A high five and tons of kudos to Dr. Phelps and his assistant John Arringdale, office staff and nurses. Dr. Phelps came in prior to the surgery and thoroughly covered the upcoming surgery and then performed the surgery which he informed my spouse that surgery was successful. I also am including all personnel at Stone Oak Surgery Center and especially Dr. Greg Kraus (Anesthesiologist)for being so thorough and caring for me. In addition. Dr. Kraus sent two texts to check on my wellbeing post-surgery.Now I hope to have a speedy and healthy recovery. Thank you Dr. Phelps for all you have done in hopes for a speedy recovery and back to normal. Please note that Dr. Phelps has performed 3 other surgeries on me and they all were successful and got me back on track to normalcy.

Receiving Staff is always very friendly and helpful. I had updated my patient Info, as requested and made the visit quick and easy. Taken In quickly, Dr. Arringdale Is always very professional and askes about any changes and the personal talks make the visit pleasurable and relaxing. Exiting staff at front door ask if follow up dates are needed and answer all billing questions if asked. Total time of visit was less the 20 mins. Thanks for taking my time in consideration and appreciate how quickly, yet professional all do their job.
