Theresa was lovely. She was able to perform all of the various tests required. The finger stick was practically painless and she got enough blood to run the test the first time. That was unusual for me as I seem to always present a problem and often need several attempts. She was knowledgeable and answered any question I asked. She was professional but also very friendly.

I told her I was scheduled for a procedure on 4-23 but was advised I did not need a release or approval from my cardiologist. Melanie made sure she had the Dr. Name and address and said she was going to send a letter saying she had seen me and I was fit for the procedure. Just so they would know she had seen me. She also discussed the spine stimulator and the effects on the EKG.
