Dr fichtel is very knowledgable. Hes very detailed In showing me the Images and explaining what he sees. Im forever grateful for fin and his crew saving my life and ny babies life. Dr. Fichtel is an excellent doctor and surgeon. I came to Dr. Fichtel with having seen another physician and was not impressed with feeling as I was being run through the practice as just a number. I decided I would look for a new doctor right away. Being new to the area I was extremely nervous to say the least. But, I found Dr. Fichtel and he spent an hour and half with me going over my previous spinal fusion I had 13 years ago and explained what could be done to get my life back. I'm two weeks post op, and I'm already on the road to getting my life back! I highly recommend Dr. Fichtel, if you're looking for a caring personable Neurosurgeon then he is the doctor for you!

Dr Fichtel is one of the best doctors, not just because he is confident in abilities to help his patient, because he provides a unique ability to allow his patient to express their concerns and seems to really listen to his patients. I felt reassured and confidant that I had been treated the way I would treat someone.

Dr. Frank Fichtel is the best doctor I have been to. Explains everything and and doesn't feel like appt. Is rushed. Very positive doctor and will continue to see him when needed. Everything about my appointment and even the first appointment has been very good. He has a very calming effect and I had no worries or bad experiences.

Dr Fichtel was very easy to communicate with, was able to pull up by MRI and X-ray that had been done previously at M&S Baptist imaging. I was very pleased with that. I felt comfortable with him and trust his evaluation of my issues.

My appointment was scheduled when my surgery was scheduled. The doctors office was moved but it was easy to get there and everyone was polite,professional and helpful.
