Dr.colon is probably the best primary care doctor I have ever had. Also he has the same. (Can't say HIPAA.) As me so it is nice having someone with an identical condition as me. He is also very understanding, and extremely knowledgeable. When I explained that I get chronic kidney stones due to a kink in my left ureter he had no issue prescribing tamsulosin. Other doctors might refuse. For my chronic nerve pain other doctors might prescribe gabapentin. - which for whatever reason prbly because it binds poorly to gaba receptors gives me minor but very strange psychological side effects. Anyway overall he is the best dr of all time. I hope he never retires because ill never find a better dr.

Dr. Colon Is the most personable doctor I've ever had. He was very thorough in going over my medications and sent my request for clonazepam immediately. He told me which hospital to go for emergency and then the other one which is covered under my insurance. He put in a referral for a dermatologist and gave me a suggestion for my dental appointment. My general doctor in Cibolo took at least a month to do a referral so it was like night and day seeing Dr. Colon.I was also surprised when I received a call from the Dermatologist just a couple days later.

Dr. Colon has been the first doctor who actually listens. He has a unique ability to hear your problems and sympathize with you without being in your shoes. He is very intelligent and has the ability to immediately come up with a game plan for your health issues. My quality of life has been given back to me thanks to him after a traumatic car wreck. I have been a patient of Dr. Colon's for 30 years. I have extreme confidence in him, he's approach to care is unmatched by other doctors I see. I drive from the Dallas area to see him and would drive twice as far to see him. He is, without question, the best medical provider I see, regardless of the issue or condition.

I got there almost an hour early. Weather was better than I thought they still got me in the exam room in 5 minutes the nurse stayed with me took my vitals and Dr Colon was in to see me within 5 minutes. Talked v about my regular issues plus I came in with a new problem that he looked at and got me a script to help me from getting cellulitis again. Had time to talk briefly about the Longhorns and I was back out and on my way back home before my actual appointment time that was set. Everyone that I have contact with is great. I'm sure the other Dr's and their people are just as good. Love them I went through 3 Dr's after my regular one retired because they listen and I can tell them what's going on instead of them telling me how I should be feeling. I have referred probably 5 or 6 people that I knew that went to the Dr that retired and they all say good things about them

Ok young lady Receptionist in front office clearly needs to be removed and placed on extended training on handling patients with there questions she really was unprofessional as was quick to tell me I need to get tested for COVID when I clearly explain to this young lady I was just seen and diagnosed by Dr Colon with a kidney infection at the time of my visit I did not have fever and as I got home and was waiting on Walgreens phone call my pain was progressing severely and I was running a fever of a 101.1 Im sorry but that just kills me that this receptionist failed to hear the most Im part of my problems and with a attitude recommendation was that I must go get tested there was nothing my nurse could do for me until I got tested I was In hell of pain and had fever of 101.1 Blood In my urine scared and she really made me very angry that Is the first time I have ever had any type of Issues since the past five years Of seeing Dr Colon other than that wonderful nurses understanding staff and always listen to my questions and concerns before jumping to conclusions she really needs to be put In the back and not answering phone nor questions until she can pay attention to the patient when speaking She really blew my cool Im a very nice person she so made me lose my religion that day the evil almost came out but I have better control than that

I found Dr. Colon to be a very knowledgeable physician with over 20 years in the medical field. Experience on a day to day basis is the best instructor for learned medical ailments as well as sudden health conditions that appear virtually out of nowhere. I have had several doctors during my life time and Dr. Colon ties for the best I've had. I had lost hope of ever finding a doctor as good as one I had in Kansas, but Dr. Colon fits that bill.
