Dr. Loya is outstanding as a Prinary Care Physician. He quickly understands my problems and gives me great direction on how we can take care of the problem (f any). For normal wellness visits, we have a great chat looking over lab test results, what they mean, and what to do about them (drink more water and exercise more).

Dr Loya has been FANTASTIC. We are dealing with a loved one going into Assisted Living and she is also his patient. He has been very helpful so far and has made it much easier for us. He has been the GP for myself, my husband and my husbands sister that lives with us for the last four years. He has been very professional and caring through some pretty awful times for us. Especially my colon cancer.

I was a little early for this appointment because I entered it in my phone wrong. They were aware I was early and were very busy. The nurse came to the waiting room to let me know they would work me in. I waited-15 to 20 minutes and I was called. This staff is always kind and very respectful and professional.

Absolutely love Dr. Loya! My daughter is on the autism spectrum, nonverbal, and has complex medical issues and I completely trust Dr. Loya with her care. He listens to me and takes everything I tell him into consideration. He really seems to have a vested interest in her care and well-being. I've had an extremely great experience since first starting to come to this facility. The nurse practitioner Virginia Hevnor is very helpful and takes the time to listen to any concerns. This time I'm going through a much more serious condition and needed to be seen by the main Dr. Loya Valencia for the first time who was equally as attentive and has been a great help in assisting on my road to recovery. They have been assisting me with my current symptoms and concerns and feel they are always available when needed or have any questions that need answered either on the patient portal or by phone. I hope to never fall this I'll again in the future but if I do I know I'm in good hands with Dr Loya-Valencia & NP Virginia Hevnor.

Dr Loya is absolutely the finest doctor I've ever had in my 60 years of life. I have since moved to Dallas and travel to Bulverde to see him as my primary care doctor. That's how amazing he is. My mother, my son-in-law, and my daughter see him as well. And as soon as my grandchildren are old enough, they will see him too. He is absolutely where he is supposed to be as far as a career choice. His mannerism's professionalism his extent of caring is beyond what you expect from a doctor. He's truly a godsend.

Everything seems to run like a well-oiled machine at this practice. Everyone is friendly and seems happy to be there. Dr. Loya is kind and took all the time I needed to discuss my situation. That seldom happens anymore because the practice management companies require them to see too many patients per day to deliver quality medical care. Great. assistant took notes on all my symptoms and doctor came prepared with charts and pictures to show me what was happening with my condition and gave me medicine and a referral to a specialist. also had assistant retake my blood pressure which came out much better.
