Stroke Patient Navigator

st-lukesA neurological diagnosis, such as stroke, can be overwhelming, but our patient navigator is here to help. Compassionate, efficient care is our priority and we are dedicated to making your experience as easy as possible for you and your loved ones.

As a Comprehensive Stroke Center, St. Luke's Baptist Hospital offers a dedicated nurse navigator who provides support and education to you and your loved ones throughout your treatment journey. The nurse navigator will help you arrange appointments, break down any barriers to care that you may have and answer your questions.

Our nurse navigator helps patients and their loved ones throughout the continuum of care by providing advocacy, education, and communication. They help our patients navigate the journey from diagnosis to survivorship, alleviating stress and making your time with us as easy as possible.
