At Resolute Baptist Hospital, we’re committed to the health and well-being of our community. We believe in providing hospital food options that are chef prepared, made to order, fresh, healthy, and delicious!

Leaf Café and Cool Beans Coffee Shop are more than just your typical hospital food café and coffee shop — they’re great restaurants offering chef prepared food you’ll love!

Leaf Café

At Leaf Café, we believe that healthy food should also be delicious! That is why we make chef prepared meals available to everyone staying at and visiting our hospital.

Our hours of operations are:

Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Cool Beans Coffee Shop

Cool Beans Coffee Shop perfectly represents Resolute Baptist Hospital’s commitment to healthy, responsible food. At Cool Beans we offer coffee beans brewed to perfection. Try our wide array of delicious teas, smoothies, muffins, salads and sandwiches to enjoy at the café or on the go.

Our hours of operation are:
Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 6:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Room Service

Those staying at the hospital can order room service meals between the hours of 6:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. by calling us at (830) 500-6649. Meals are provided according to the patient’s doctor-prescribed diet. Family and friends may also order room service meals over the phone with a credit card payment. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable as possible and that includes providing food that is healthy and tasty!

Food and Nutrition Initiatives

We’re always looking for ways to support the health of our community. We have many initiatives involving food and nutrition designed to promote health and wellness. Here are just a few of the initiatives we support:

• Farm to Hospital Program. This program brings freshly picked, sustainably grown vegetables right to the hospital from one of our local farmers here in New Braunfels. 
• Reusable container incentive program. Leaf Café provides a special reward card when you purchase a re-usable food container. After using the container 10 times, Leaf Café will provide a coupon for a free beverage at Cool Beans Coffee Shop!

Clinical Nutrition Services

The food we put into our bodies makes a big difference in how we feel and how well our bodies heal. That's why Resolute Baptist Hospital offers patients the opportunity to work with a registered dietitian who can provide a menu plan and healthy recipes tailored to individual needs.
