Healthy Women's Center - Mission Trail

We're excited to be introducing a new Healthy Women and Free Pregnancy Testing Center to the Southside San Antonio community! At any location, our pregnancy specialists can help you find out if you’re expecting a baby and get you the services you need to ensure a healthy pregnancy. That's Baptist care.

Services offered:

• Free and confidential pregnancy testing – no appointment required
• Free physician referral service and assistance with appointment scheduling
• Free help to determine if you qualify for Medicaid or other financial assistance
• Free prenatal education classes
