Janea Lampkin, PA-C

Janea D. Lampkin, PA‑C, is a board‑certified physician assistant specializing in comprehensive vascular care and wound care of lower extremities. She earned her master’s degree in physician assistant studies from UT Health Science Center in San Antonio, following a bachelor’s degree in biology. With over 10 years of experience in hospital‑based vascular management, PA Lampkin treats a wide range of conditions including arterial and venous disease, carotid artery stenosis, aortic aneurysms, and chronic lower‑extremity wounds such as diabetic foot ulcers and venous leg ulcers. She also evaluates patients for dialysis access. PA Lampkin is known for her flexible, patient centered approach, providing inpatient and outpatient care to meet patients’ needs during some very challenging times. Guided by her commitment to family centered care, she strives to deliver compassionate, high quality treatment using her skills and clinical expertise.A recipient of the Baptist Health System Humanitarian Award (2023), PA Lampkin is an active member of the NCCPA and enjoys giving back through community presentations on vascular disease. Outside of medicine, she spends her time crafting, serving in her church, and participating in community volunteer activities. She also speaks conversational Spanish.
