Dr. Spandana Kolakaleti is Board Certified in Internal Medicine with more than a decade of experience in providing comprehensive medical care. She was born and raised in South India. After completing medical school in India, she moved to the United States in 2007 to finish her residency and internship. After completing her training, she practiced in Illinois before making her way to San Antonio in 2019 to be closer to family and enjoy the warm weather. What she loves most about practicing medicine is that patients are different and unique in terms of their background and needs. Her primary goal is to design an individual treatment plan to achieve the best possible outcome
for her patients. When she is not at work, she loves spending time with family and practicing yoga and meditation. She is accepting patients 18+ and is fluent in English and Telugu.

Dr. Kolakaleti is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, conscientious, and a good problem solver. The other nurses and personnel are polite and helpful. Overall, I feel fortunate to have found this place.
