Crystal was amazing ! I had moved my appointment to an earlier time and had already completed my registration, so I did not realize that the paperwork needed to be completed again for the new time slot. When I arrived, this was explained to me very clearly and apologetically. Crystal immediately offered to help, saying we could take care of it together quickly. She pulled everything up and efficiently walked me through the process, making it simple and stress-free. What stood out even more was how she treated another patient who arrived shortly after me. The patient was elderly and unfamiliar with completing the electronic paperwork. Crystal sat beside her and patiently went through each question without rushing her. Even when she had to step away briefly to assist other patients, she returned with the same warm smile and kindness. It was clear that she genuinely cared about making the experience comfortable for everyone.I was truly impressed by Crystal's professionalism, patience, and compassion. I'm using this as general comments. My overall experience with Dr. Dwyer and his PA is outstanding !! My experience on 8/28 at BHS was also outstanding - my wife was patient here several years ago so the BHS reputation for excellences was already known by us. HOWEVER, Dr. Dwyer is also affiliated with the Legent Ortho + Spine Hospital which is where my knee replacement surgery occurred. My post-op experience was terrible which is why I needed the 8/28 appointment so soon after surgery - I associate my experience with the hospital, but as this is the only survey I've received during my journey, suffice it to say that if I have my other knee replaced I will insist on having the surgery performed at BHS.
