The assistants and staff are extraordinary. In fact I had a biopsy done last week from Mt dermatologists and she and I were talking and I told her I've been through malignant melanoma and if they call its bad news if the letter comes its better. While checking out my cell phone rang and I held it up to the sweet staff and showed her it was SA derm....she told me she's not leaving until I answer and she was there for me. I answered and the only thing my dermatologists needed was Dr Ormenos info. My point is she sat while I was on the phone to find out what the call was about. I forgot her name but she had only been with Dr Ormeno about a month. I hope someone can let her know how very kind that was of her.

NP Erica Ormeno literally saved my life. she caught a slight change in my blood work caught her eye from last year's result. she referred me to a urologist who determined that I had a very aggressive cancer. I've since had surgery and am undergoing radiation treatments which are expected to work. I really like Dr King and although this was my first experience with Erica I felt very comfortable with her and appreciate the fact that she was available. However, the office staff and the person with whom I set the appointment were sub par in their service.

she is very polite, & friendly. it really helps to kmown your doctor is listening to you. she really does help address any health concerns, or problems that need to be addressed. she is really great about follow-up and giving me my test results in our office visits.
