About Alfredo Laborde
Dr. Alfred Laborde graduated from Central Catholic High School and St. Mary’s University. Afterward, he attended medical school at Texas Tech University and served as a surgical resident at Chicago Medical School, where he also worked as a clinical instructor of surgery. Following a fellowship in vascular surgery at the University of Iowa College of Medicine, Dr. Laborde joined a private practice in 1992 as a vascular surgeon and pursued his interest in outpatient vein treatment. Dr. Laborde is board certified in general vascular surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also an active member of Bexar County Medical Society (BCMS), the Texas Society for Vascular and Endovascular Surgery, the Society for Vascular Surgery and the Texas Medical Association.

Had mini phlebectomy in leg and I did not feel any pain going thru this procedure. I Was made very comfortable pre and post by the Dr's assistant who was so kind and helpful. I was very impressed with Dr Laborde's professional expertise- I did not feel any pain during the procedure or after. Very thankful and could not have been more pleased. I recovered without any problems, and was back to my exercises on day 3. Thank you Dr Laborde and to your team!

I've been a patient of Dr. Laborde and Nurse E. Gonzalez for years. My treatment plan was interrupted by Covid. We've had to make changes now and again to this plan. But that is because they are providing professional and competent real-time care. And, the improvement in my legs, ankles and feet are much more than cosmetic.
