On thing that I have noticed is that as long as I have been visiting this group there has been almost no turnover in the staff. Everyone is friendly and seems very interested in meeting my needs, answer my questions and make my visit pleasant and productive.

As stated earlier in my survey, Sterling has great bedside demeanor and is very friendly making the visit feel very laid back and friendly and not a doctors visit. The way he asks questions are very laid back almost like a chat with a friend. I feel like he showed emotion at my displeasure of my last year since my last office visit and was ready and willing to try to make my life better better in the future doing all he can with my medication changes.

I have been seeing this care provider for quite awhile and she is so good at her job. She always makes me feel comfortable and makes sure she is quick with my procedure so I don't feel any pain. She schedules my next appointment to fit my timeframe and that really helps me. She is a really hard worker and one of the nicest people I know.
