About Librado Valadez
Dr. Librado Valadez was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2010 and received his medical degree from The University of Texas Medical Branch in 2016. Dr. Valadez went on to complete his urology residency at the Ochsner/LSU Health Shreveport Urology program in 2021 and in July 2022 completed a fellowship in genitourinary reconstructive urology from the Baylor Scott and White Center for Reconstructive Urology. Dr. Valadez is passionate about urological care, with a background that includes adult genitourinary reconstruction, Peyronie’s and urethral stricture disease, Benign Prostate Hyperplasia, cancers of the bladder, testicular, kidney, and prostate, and comprehensive urinary and bladder treatments. He believes every patient deserves individualized, comprehensive, and evidence-based health care, using available technological advances to enhance and improve recovery and patient outcomes.

I usually never do these surveys because there's always something at a practice that needs improvement. Definitely NO IMPROVEMENT NEEDED at this practice!If the rating scale was 1-10, I would have given this practice 10's for every rating I was asked to give. Just an awesome experience everytime.

Dr. Librado Valadez is AWESOME! Being from medical field, have had a lot of dealings with physicians. And having a lot of personal physician specialists myself, I feel comfortable saying I definitely know an awesome physician when I see one. There's so many ways he practices medicine that makes this true. His bedside manner is very professional, while also very friendly. He explains mefical conditions in layman's terms that anyone can understand. His approach to physical examinations are very comforting and NOT embarrassing. I will say that out of my 8 medical physician specialist for other medical conditions, he is by far the best physician specialist that I have. He always remembers my other medical conditions without looking at my chart (which is of huge importance to me). And he always asks how those are going. It's rare these days that you will find a physician that shows concern about your other medical conditions that aren't what they're treating you for. I have friends that have been looking for a urologist, and I always have, and always will recommend Dr. Librado Valdez. He gets the highest rating from me as a doctor I could recommend. He's an awesome, awesome physician!
