I've been seeing Dr Rios for about 3 years now. She has always expressed nothing but the most sincere interests in my personal health. She is always willing to listen to my concerns. Always provides great feedback. She also caught severe issues with my kidneys that no one else picked up. I have since been able to turn that around. I had a very good experience at Dr. Rios's office during my recent routine physical. The office was extremely prompt and efficient. I even brought my laptop expecting a long wait, as is common with many medical appointments, but I didn't even have time to open it before I was called back and seen.Dr. Rios has a wonderful presence-she's always in a great mood, very personable, and makes you feel comfortable right away. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients, and that positive energy really sets the tone for the entire visit.I also forgot to mention something during the appointment and sent a message through the patient portal afterward. Dr. Rios replied promptly, which I really appreciated. The entire experience-from the visit to the follow-up-was smooth, professional, and efficient. Highly recommend.

Dr Rios provided what could be considered "ideal" communication during the appointment. She listened to my concerns thoroughly and sympathetically, explained her assessment, suggested options for treatment, weighed my preferences, and we jointly decided on a path forward. While she spent a few extra minutes with me, the quality of care provided is much greater than the sort of 30 second interactions I've had with other physicians or the 20 minute ramble from another physician I used to see. Her approach is the master class for a PCP.

She talks with my 16 year old daughter as an equal -- she doesn't talk down to her. This medical visit is the one that I actually enjoy. It is a joy to know that I'll be able to park within feet of the door, no steps, no enormous waiting room filled with so many patients, coughing, unattended children and a staff hidden, for obvious reasons, behind glazed glass! The wait time for both anteroom and cubicle are negligible, staff personal welcoming and personable and, I believe, concerned. Dr Rios agreed to see me without a referral and saw me within a week. She was due to have her first baby anytime, I believe that I was her last patient that day and she had the baby the next day. She was very receptive and spent a good deal of time with me compared to other doctors. I was scheduled for cervical surgery in two days and needed her signature. After my surgery and her return from maternity leave I made a follow up appointment and have continued to see her. I good doctor and a great lady.

Dr Rios os my absolute favorite doctor. I have certain feelings about seeing the doctor because of the way doctors make me feel which is why I hesitate to go. Dr Rios made me feel not.like a number I felt warmth and concern about my health. she spent a good 30 minutes taking to me about my health.
