Despite calling and not being able to get through, I was having trouble finding the place, we got there 2 minutes after our scheduled time and the front desk lady was very helpful and checked us in with no problems. The woman who scheduled us was extremely sweet and worked with my schedule. She didn't make me feel like an inconvenience and I am so thankful. I forgot her name (so sorry!) but she was fabulous! Super relatable and listened to everything I had to say. She also included my daughter and spoke with her as well. My daughter is very specific about how she likes things done and she cannot walk around other places without shoes so she stopped in the middle of the hallway to put her shoes back on and the nurse/assistant waited patiently with us. She didn't make her feel silly for it or anything. Thank you so much.

She is super shy at visits and somehow forgets how to talk. He didn't make her feel negatively about this and simply moved to include me in the questions. The young man that called us to book my daughter's referral to this new doctor was amazing at taking notes from mom, because mom could not attend (only Dad could). The young man that pre registered us made a big effort to help us.

My daughter and I had a great experience. Mario was so sweet and Dr. Cortes made us feel comfortable and addressed all our concerns. He was amazing and so glad my daughter is under his care to find a diagnosis and treatment as well!

ever since we started going to see Dr. Cortes I cannot say enough wonderful things. He is smart, had great bedside manner, really listens to your worries and addresses them in detail and the staff/organization of the practice is wonderful as well. we are so grateful he has cared for our daughter. it's made a huge difference in her first year of life.
