I love your receptionists/schedulers!! They are so nice and helpful!! They have great personalities which is 1000x better than apathetic people only working for the $$. Your folks deserve to be paid really well because they are the and last faces the patients interact with and yours are gems! They put me at ease and make me smile and feel good about being at the doctor's office.

I had never met PA Nicole. She swept into the exam room with a friendly smile and happy demeanor. She was funny and put us at ease although it was the first time I had met her. She was patient with my many questions. She was empathetic, asked me the right questions and validated what I was doing right with my recovery and told me to give myself grace and not push myself. "Make small changes and take my pain medication to control pain while increasing my PT." She gave me excellent examples of how to slowly decrease the medication and yet get the best management of pain through Tylenol and Meloxicam. She also said my #1 job is to do my exercises and elevate and ice my knee. She gave examples of what this looked like! I'm glad she said everything she did, especially so my husband could hear it, too! She was on top of everything. She's professional and personable!! She helps make the impressions that I have of Doctor Phelps's practice "Top Notch!"They are a well oiled machine with a personal touch!!That's a hard feat to pull off. I have nothing but praise for this office and its staff!

PA-C Stuart is one of the best. She has Impressive knowledge and insight about hip replacement recovery. I asked some challenging questions and she answered them all with confidence and solid Information. She is very personable and friendly with a great cheerful attitude.
