Dr. Felipe Garcia-Ghinis, MD, FACOG, founded Healthy Woman in San Antonio in 2004. He is a board-certified obstetrician gynecologist and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
After an internship in obstetrics and gynecology at Yale-New Haven Hospital/Yale University School of Medicine in Connecticut, Dr. Garcia-Ghinis completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at University Hospitals of Cleveland/Case Western Reserve Medical School in Ohio.
Dr. Garcia-Ghinis is from Monterrey, Mexico. He was awarded his Medical Degree from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Studies, Ignacio A. Santos School of Medicine (also known as "El Tec de Monterrey"), one of the most academically recognized universities in Latin America.

I really like Dr. Garcia-Ghinis. I like the fact that even though he belongs to a Care group, he is the only doctor in his office so you are not bounced around to other people.

been with dr Garcia since 2012 he delivered 2 of my babies & now my 3rd and last one very easy to communicate with any kind of concerns you have & very lovely staff even receptionist I'm sad he will be delivering my last baby & wont see him anymore. definitely highly recommend him for pregnant women & never got any negative or any bad experience with him
