Dr. Multani was born in India and wanted to be a physician since age ten. Improper health care for certain populations in India inspired her to choose the path of medicine. She moved to the US at that age and did her schooling in Michigan. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology from University of Michigan. She attended Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing medical school, she completed her Family Medicine Residency at Oakwood Hospital, Michigan.She has special interests in adolescent medicine in addition to all areas of medicine. She believes the core of a doctor patient relationship is built on providing quality care that is in the best interest of the patient’s wellbeing.Dr. Multani enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and reading books. She is proud to call San Antonio her home. Dr. Multani is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.

Dr. Multani is the best family doctor you can find. You can really see that she cares about her patients. Dr. Multani makes you feel like family . She's compassionate,she listens, she's quick to respond to messages though the portal and whenever I had need help she's always there to tend a hand. Even though she moved farther from location,we won't leave her. She has been our family doctor for some years now and we will be with her till she retires. That's what you call "A DOCTOR" The staff was great I got to the office looking horrible my hair was all tangled up, barely walking, and no strength. They were so polite and so compassionate they greeted me with so much respect and support. They immediately brought a wheelchair for me. They really made me feel welcomed and that I mattered. Dr. Multani is at the top of my list when it comes to comparison with other Primary Care providers I have seen over the years. Her concern is genuine and she will call me when the results of bloodwork or an x-ray present an issue requiring further investigation by a specialist. She even goes as far as calling me to see if I have set up an appointment with a medical specialist to follow up on the results of an x-ray that shows the presence of an unusual circumstance. That type of concern on her part sets her apart from other Primary Care doctors I have previously seen.

This is my 2nd visit and same experience as last less than a 15 min waiting time. There was a total of 4 of us and we all called back in a very quick manner. Dr. Multani is an incredible doctor. I was there for my annual check up after I switched physicians due to my past physician not even answering their phone. It's so nice to be heard, validated and valued as a pt. If you are looking for a holistic physician who spends time with you Dr. Multani is my recommendation.

Dr. Multani reacted quickly to the problem shown on a chest CT I had recently taken. She wrote the order for a follow-on MRI and advised me to contact my gastroenterologist and urologist regarding the CT findings. I have always found Dr. Multani to be friendly, courteous and professional in her interactions with me. She definitely cares about the well being of her patients. My one issue is that I had to ask if I'm due for a colonoscopy, and mentioned that I've had polyps, she told me it depends on what type and to contact my Gastroenterologist, but I don't have one. I always went through my PCP for colonoscopies and they kept me updated on what's needed next. These have to be in my records because my previous provider is also with Medfirst.

We are new to Texas, leaving our healthcare providers in Nebraska after 27 years. The prospect of changing physicians from people we've known and trusted for so long (town of less than 25,000) to a major city is daunting! On top of that, our new insurance requires PPO AND is HMO. The staff in this office were very friendly and helpful from my first call. When I arrived for my appointment they were both friendly and efficient. I was called back by the nurse within a few minutes and seen by the doctor right away. A big thank you to the entire team for making my initial transition so pleasant.
