Our previous provider (Dr Donaruma) handled everything we needed, when we needed it. He made a point of stating that in order for him to fill out the FMLA paperwork we needed to always discuss Jordan's CP at all visits since that is what I was requesting it for was due to his condition and the issues that arose from it. He was very cognizant of the dire necessity it was at all times. He worked with me in order to provide Jordan with the best care and allow me the freedom and protection to do so as he was privy to the dire necessity we were In before Jordan became his patient due to the lapse in our coverage. I've been a patient of Dr. Felicitas Gonzales since moving here in Nov 2016. I was very impressed with the staff, their friendliness and helpfulness. I was a little concern as I moved here from Florida and I've had the same Physician for more than 10 years there. When I first met Dr. Gonzales, I felt like I've been a long-time patient. Dr. Gonzales is very kind and explain things in plain "english" (those medical words sometimes are scary). She's concerned with my well-being and keep in top of what needs to be done. Dr. Gonzales is a wonderful, caring Physician.

I do appreciate the person to person communication I receive through this office, calling in to office has greatly improved, everyone is very kind and professional, and I have never felt rushed while in with the Dr. or the nurses..I tend to ask a lot of questions and someone always tries to give me thorough answers. Dr. G has been very thorough with Gabriel from the very beginning. I have been very impressed. This visit she also seemed a little more personal and friendly which was nice. However, I've recommended her multiple times regardless of her friendliness because of her knowledge of Down syndrome and thoroughness and kindness with my son. I will continue to recommend her. Hopefully, insurance will cooperate.

I'm always recommending this facilities to others. Dr. Gonzalez is very sincere and informative. she has been the only doctor who has given me detailed info I my diabetes. in other words, if it wasn't for Dr. Gonzales, I would never have had a monitor to test my sugar. in a way, she's saved my life.

Appointment was scheduled for 8:00 am and the door was not unlocked opened until 8:00 am. If you have individuals scheduled for 8:00 am when the office officially opens, I would suggest opening the doors at least 15 minutes before for those individuals who do show up for their appointment 15 minutes early which is wht is recommended by the practice.
