I never waited! I went in, they greeted me immediately, I sat down and they called me almost immediately. I went in and once the nurse finished with the initial intake, again I waited no time before Nichole came in. It was so nice that basically the entire time was spent actually being spoken to or in the actual visit. It was amazing.

Or when I had a rude awakening from sleep when Dr William Huard Hargis Sr, dropped in to give all the family the latest Polio Vaccine in 1954. Gramps loved us all and took out time from the Robert B Green Polio Center, which he ran, to keep us safe!

I needed a last minute type appt as it was Friday & out of town visitors were flying in for a special occasion. I had taken ill & needed to know if I was contagious plus needed medications. I really felt horrid. I sent a notice via my portal, expecting not to hear back in time but the receptionist called me within maybe an hour & I was able to get a phone appt. Later that morning. My phone was acting up & NP Stouffer worked through it & stuck with me. She was super kind, professionally concerned, got me started on medications, & all turned out wonderfully. I did not need to wait through a weekend before being helped, and as a result began getting relief so that my condition did not worsen. I am very grateful. The receptionist was super nice & professional in her capacity also.

NP Stauffer has been able to manage aspects of medical care with telemedicine which have been highly beneficial. As a person with a full time job this allows me to continue to take care of some aspects of my health with my provider for medication refills and touchpoints on other areas of health.
