My appointment was set for me, I received an email and link to the portal to review. Signing into the portal was easy enough. Office hours were easily available and my appointment was set early in the morning 8:40am I walked in a few minutes before my appointment, the staff acknowledged me and took care of logging me into the schedule immediately.

The visit was scheduled over a year ago. So I did not have to do anything but confirm that I would be there for the visit. It was very easy and stress free. No worries at all. From time appt was scheduled to time off a virtual visit, it was a great experience. Young lady worked me in the busy schedule, as she was able to hear I was coughing and had difficulty speaking. Young man that took intake info before appt was very professional and friendly. NP Lauren was very helpful and prescribed antibiotic, oral steroid, cough med and inhaler. She also made sure to tell me not to take tramadol with cough med (w/codeine). This visit was very much appreciated.
