About Shane Bailey
Shane M. Bailey, MD, FHRS, FACC is a board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of complex heart rhythm disorders. He completed advanced fellowship training in Electrophysiology and Cardiovascular Medicine at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation after completing his internal medicine residency at UCSF and earning his medical degree from Loma Linda University School of Medicine.Dr. Bailey’s clinical interests focus on all aspects of cardiac electrophysiology, with particular interest in atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. He treats a wide range of cardiac rhythm abnormalities and performs advanced procedures including pacemaker and defibrillator implantation as well as Watchman™ left atrial appendage occlusion device implantation. He is a Fellow of the Heart Rhythm Society (FHRS) and the American College of Cardiology (FACC).Dr. Bailey approaches patient care with a personal philosophy—treating every patient as he would a member of his own family. He believes in combining technical excellence with clear communication and compassion. Professionally, he is most proud of the meaningful, positive impact he has had on his patients’ lives. Dr. Bailey is fluent in English and Spanish.
