I came in to see Dr. Craig See and staff because I needed gallbladder removal surgery. I was so blessed to have been given Dr. See's information. He was able to squeeze me into his very busy schedule to do the surgery for me and the staff (Olivia in particular) came into help him and me complete the task. The staff was very professional. Some of the sweetest men and women I have ever met. We're very sympathetic to my busted appendix, and immediately saw me diagnose the problem and set me up for surgery during surgery. The surgical staff was extremely professional Dr. C was extremely professional and reassured me. Every time one of the doctors, nurses or nurses assistant in the room they put on clean gloves I always watch them use hand sanitizer or wash their hands prior to inspecting my wounds, extremely professional, extremely sanitary condition

All of the staff worked very well together and passed along information from which one shift to the next. With these they would write notes on chalkboards so that the other shift would be up to speed along with verbal interactions, definitely very attentive to detail.

Dr. See was excellent at explaining what was going on in my abdomen. I could tell he felt empathy for my condition. We worked together to make a decision of what the plans are and perhaps will be. He showed me what he was talking about by showing me and pointing out on my MRI what was happening in my abdomen. He was going to do more exploration of my last surgery and what was done. He said he would get back with me as soon as he had more information.

With the exception of a laparoscopy to determine endometriosis more than 15 years ago, I have not been hospitalized for any type of surgery. Dr. See explained clearly why surgery is the best option for me given the position and size of the gallstone. He answered my questions thoroughly and addressed my husband's concerns. Dr. See seems to be approachable and shows cultural sensitivity. I feel confident In his care for my upcoming robotics surgery.

My whole experience with their office was great. from the receptionist to my surgeon, Dr.See. They all took great care in making me feel comfortable and confident that I was being well taken cared for. Dr. See was very attentive and knowledgeable. I felt he genuinely cared about my concerns and listened to and answered all my questions. his receptionist was a sweetheart. The nurses were kind and professional and his secretary was very nice and helpful. I give everyone five stars.

Quite pleased with Dr. See's thorough, detailed, descriptive (chart in room), regarding pending procedure as well as purpose of procedure. Time allowed for patients questions, he did not check his watch while talking to patient, seemed to really be very concerned for pts concerns.
