About Jose Diaz
Jose A. Diaz, MD, is a fellow of the American College of Cardiologists and board-certified in internal medicine. He is committed to serving the people of San Antonio with quality cardiac care. He treats multiple cardiology conditions. These include cardiac and vascular diagnostics like EKG’s, echo cardiography, cardiac stress testing, cardiac catheterization, carotid artery exams, abdominal aortic ultrasounds and Doppler ultrasounds. Dr. Diaz also performs cardiac and vascular interventions: balloon angioplasty, coronary artery stenting, pacemaker and defibrillator implants, implantable loop recorder and minimally invasive treatment for vein disease. Dr. Diaz enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. He enjoys all sports, especially soccer and also enjoys exercising and going to church with his family. He is bilingual and speaks both English and Spanish.

I have a deep appreciation to Dr. Diaz. With certainty I can say that it saved me from stroks, heart attacks and immediately discovers my heart problems and relieves me. This last time, he soon realized that it was blood clotting and explained the consequences and gave me the best medicine that exists.
