Dr. Earp is a is a board-certified family medicine physician serving the community of San Antonio for many of years. He provides quality care to the whole family, from infant to geriatric. Dr. Earp educates his patients about the status of their health and the treatment options available plus works with each one to explore ways they can make better choices for themselves. While completing his residency training in Family Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, Dr. Earp spearheaded several humanitarian efforts including a medical mission to the Republic of Haiti and received the Mayo International Health Plan Scholarship. He currently serves as one of the team doctors for the San Antonio Missions Baseball Team.

I've seen Dr Earp for over a decade, he is by far the best Dr I have ever worked with. He just CARES about his patients. I may be bias as he is hands down responsible for saving my life. I resisted getting a chest scan, he expertly manipulated me into it. I battled lung cancer for two years and he has been with me every step of the way. So I can say I trust him with my life. Cancer was caught early and I'm almost 2 years cancer free. I'm a very stubborn person but he is so good at adapting to different personality styles. One of the best humans on earth if you ask me!

Dr. Earp has educated himself by reading research on the by internet expert, Dr Herbst, in Tucson. He has been very supportive in helping me get the therapy to manage this problem. I would not give North Hills a good grade in any category. The service is rotten. 2 months to see a doctor, blood tests with no return calls, still do not have results, never can get a doctor or nurse on the phone or to return messages, the only effort you all put forth is to call to get insurance information just to make sure you get paid, oh, love having to wait in my car instead of your waiting room despite masks, socials distancing and vaccines, we know your people love not having to deal with customers.

Dr. Earp is my son and daughter-in-law's doctor. They recommended him to me since I just moved to Texas from out of state this summer. I am 72 years old and have had many physicians. I cannot possibly tell you how magnificent I thought Dr. Earp was in every category. I have been through some very difficult experiences and felt he was a gifted listener. He communicated only compassion and a totally non-judgmental attitude. I felt an instant rapport with him and never sensed that I was being rushed for any reason. He truly heard me out and immediately linked me with four other specialists whom I requested. When I left, I told him, "If you ever decide to run for President, I want to be your Campaign Manager!" The next day I sent Dr. Earp a thank you note. He is a prize. May he live a thousand years!

On several visits, front desk staff in "reception " area do not raise their heads from computers to offers eye contact and initial greeting. The patient walks up, waits, then then next staff who finishes their computer entry first asks if she can help you. On this last visit, there was an improvement.
