Dr. Fritcher has been serving the South Texas region with his vascular expertise since 2006. With a special interest in minimally invasive endovascular procedures and carotid disease, Dr. Fritcher is trained to treat all vascular conditions including leg circulation problems, aneurysms, deep vein thrombosis and dialysis access. He has extensive experience in endovascular procedures, hybrid surgical techniques and open surgery. A native Texan, Dr. Fritcher enjoys all outdoor activities, cooking, traveling with his family and is an avid reader who enjoys military history.

Dr. Fritcher was recommended highly by our family physician, and he made out the referral (although it wasn't necessary for our insurance). Dr. Fritcher and his nurse practitioner listened closely to my complaints, and before I knew it, he had me scheduled for necessary tests, the results of which were told to me a few minutes later. Again, before I knew it, I was scheduled for a surgery within a week.

Dr. Fitcher explained to my spouse and me that he was going to refer us to another specialist and apologized for the loss of time I have spent because he is the second specialist I am referred to, but I assure you that with this new specialist he sent me he is the right one to treat my condition. I also want to give a special thank you to Dr. Fitcher on behalf of my daughter since she is an Aggie too, she was very pleased that a doctor who studied at her current university (ATM) has treated me, thank you very much to the doctor and staff!
