If I ever have cancerOr some other dreadful disease I hope Its Paul Smith that tells me. There Is something so decent and kind about him above any other dr's I have seen In San Antonio I feel as If It was a miracle I got In. He Is also treating my partner Alan Bland who has had a pretty bad time. We had him in in Incarnate Word and the difference of the in-house Dr T their place and Paul Smith is literally night and day. Only person that apologized for the delay was Dr. Smith which explained the delay because of the Thanksgiving Week before. Very nicely done, but no other staff member did so.

By no fault of the clinic's, I was quite late for my scheduled appointment. Most other places would have simply said to reschedule. But, Dr. Smith was kind enough to work me in. I had called and made the appointment because of an unforeseen medical problem. I really appreciate Dr. Smith's care and concern.

My husband and myself both see Dr. Paul Smith, who is an extraordinary doctor. In the past three years he has literarily saved my husband's life (pancreatitis) and referred me to specialists following an accident when I was reared ended at a stop light by a pick up truck result in whip lash, 2 ruptured and 2 herniated discs. With his guidance, I am completely mobile and will not have to have back surgery. His staff is efficient and friendly.

In 2010 Dr. Smith detected a rise in my PSA and scheduled a follow up in 6 months. When the follow up test showed a further increase, Dr. Smith recommended a biopsy and that resulted in a diagnosis of prostate cancer. I subsequently had my prostate surgically removed and this past year my oncologist declared me cancer free after 5 years of continued PSA monitoring. In my view Dr. Smith is highly competent and knows when to prescribe appropriate treatment.
