About Arianna Fresquez
Arianna Fresquez, MD, MPH is a native of San Antonio and is excited to be returning to serve her community. She has always had a passion for women's health, which motivated her to obtain a Master's in Public Health with a concentration in maternal and adolescent health during medical school. She completed her residency at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. While in residency, Dr. Fresquez served as the Chief Administrative resident as well as the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology Junior Fellow Oklahoma Section Chair. In 2021 she was awarded the Resident Achievement Award for Outstanding Minimally Invasive Surgery Resident by The Society of Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeons. She chose to be a generalist because she enjoys the variety of care she is able to provide throughout the entirety of a woman's life. Ranging from issues during adolescence, a woman's pregnancy journey and their transition into menopause. Although being a physician is her job, she views it as providing a special service to people. She strives to provide that service with kindness, compassion, and consideration without limitations on race, ethnicity, socio-economic status, religious background, sexual orientation, or gender identity. In her spare time, Dr. Fresquez enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and her dogs, exercise, and finding a new show to binge watch.

Dr. Fresquez is literally my favorite. She helped me through my preterm labor of my twins. She was so straight forward and honest about everything. Never tried to hide or sugar coat the truth. Now that we are pregnant again, she has been very mindful of what we need to do to have a successful pregnancy! She is amazing and you can tell she really loves what she does.
