Dr. Ling is beyond excellent. She is able to coordinate care between my various doctors. She also keeps up with screenings that I've missed or didn't know about. Everytime I leave her office, I feel like the things that mattered are handled. It feels great to leave her office knowing she's on my team and she really cares. I think she's the best (family) doctor I've ever been to. The staff is also friendly, competent and helpful. At some office visits the staff Is better than at others but I've never had a bad encounter there (even during the pandemic). And I especially like being able to use the portal to communicate. That is really helpful.

Super easy to make or change an appointment. I had a scheduled appointment that I needed to change because of a work conflict that came up. I logged onto the portal and changed the appointment myself without having to bother anyone with a long phone call. I live in Austin. Dr. Ling was my care provider before I relocated. I trust her with my life. I drive into San Antonio for my visits. She is respectful, trustworthy and provide excellent care. I don't mind the drive because I know Dr.Ling is thorough, listens, reviews my file and asks questions. I don't feel rushed even though I know she is on a timeline. I love the new offices for Dr. Ling's practice. Bright, airy and new. The staff also seemed very happy with the new facilities - to me this means they can do their jobs better in an environment that is beneficial.
