Better Balance: Balance not what it used to be? Worried about falls? Then this is the class for you. We’ll not only develop our balance skills but also strengthen the muscles that help keep us stable and safe. (Any level)

Cardio Dance: Fun and energizing aerobic activity that provides continuous cardiovascular conditioning through easy- to-learn freestyle dance patterns. No dance experience needed! (Any level)

Cardio Strong: A class designed to improve cardiovascular condition, develop muscular strength and endurance, coordination, balance and flexibility. Use of dumbbells, resistance tubes, balls and steps will challenge every major muscle. (Any Level)

Conditioning: Fun aerobic class designed to challenge all muscles and raise heart rate; various equipment such as body bars, bands, dumbbells, and steps are used. (Beginner to Intermediate)

Hatha/Flow Yoga: Hatha is one of the most practiced forms of Yoga. Mindful breathing and smooth movements focus on the whole body. This class can help improve posture, flexibility, balance, and strength with restorative breathing exercises and improved clarity. (Intermediate)

Interval Training: A cardio routine with a fun mixture of upper body and lower body strikes easily adapted to the fitness level of the individual. Challenging intervals are added in with weights (or no weights if you choose) to improve strength. Pick you own level of intensity! (Any Level)

Pilates: An energizing class designed to improve posture, core and strengthening the abdominals. Utilize both standing and mat based exercises to stretch and challenge balance and core through movement. (Intermediate)

Senior Strength: Stretch and build strength while sitting in a chair or standing. Exercises focus on improving strength, posture, and balance to improve overall fitness. (Beginner, Accessible)

SilverSneakers® Circuit: Low-impact choreography alternated with upper-body strength using hand- held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball. A chair is available for support. This class is suitable for nearly every fitness level and can be adapted depending on the skill of individual participants. (Beginner to Intermediate)

SilverSneakers® Classic: Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance; a chair is used for seat-ed and/or standing support. (Beginner)

SilverSneakers® Yoga: This is a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered so you can perform a variety of seated and standing postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation promotes stress reduction and mental clarity. (Any Level)

Stretch & Sculpt: A total body workout that targets all major muscle groups. Hand-held weights, barbells, and resistance bands will challenge the muscles while also stretching and toning the body! (Any Level)

Stability Ball: A unique way to exercise! Take your workout to the next level by adding the “ball” for more challenging movements. Designed to improve lean muscles, range of motion, endurance, core strength, balance and control. (Any Level)

TotalBody Stretch: A gentle but challenging stretch class offering a mixture of safe and effective stretches, poses, and postures! Designed to increase flexibility while promoting relaxation, stress relief and over all well-being. (Any Level)

Tai Chi: (Chen Style) Practical avenue for learning and improving balance, alignment, coordination, fine scale motor control, and rhythm movement. Challenge your mind and body through slow, controlled movements. (Any Level)

Power Yoga: Movement based class focusing on proper breathing while challenging core strength, proper body alignment, balance and body control through a healthy combination of seated and standing poses. (Any Level)

Zumba: A total workout, combining all elements of fitness- cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, through an energizing, fast paced class! (Any Level)
