Kristen Lemus, MSN, MHA, RN

Group Chief Nursing Officer

Kristen Lemus, MSN, MHA, RN, is the Group Chief Nursing Officer for Baptist Health System’s six acute-care hospitals in San Antonio and New Braunfels as well as our sister hospitals in the Valley and Nacogdoches, Texas. As CNE Kristen guides nursing practice and quality and is a mentor to nine Chief Nursing Officers.

Kristen started with Baptist Health System in 2006. Prior to her present position, Kristen served as Chief Nursing Officer for Northeast Baptist Hospital. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas Health Science Center, a Master of Science in Nursing and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix.
