Wendi De Leon, MHA, BSN, RN
Wendi De Leon is the President and CEO of Northeast Baptist Hospital and brings more than two decades of healthcare experienced deeply rooted in Baptist Health System.
A graduate of the Baptist Health System School of Health Professions, Wendi began her career in nursing and advanced into senior leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Northeast Baptist Hospital, Chief Nursing Officer at North Central Baptist Hospital, and service as our Group Chief Operating Officer.
Wendi has a track record for delivering results across multiple dimensions - operational excellence, physician engagement, quality improvement, and workforce development. She brings experience in expansion of service lines as well as enhancing physician and patient experience.
Wendi holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from California College of Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington.
